Financial Policy
We gladly accept self pay and patients with insurance. All services, co-pays, co-insurances and deductibles are estimated and due at the time of treatment and may be paid by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. For patients with insurance, we will file your primary and secondary dental insurance claim. Patients are responsible for giving accurate insurance information and notify us of any changes in insurance coverage.
Insurance
Our dentists are preferred providers with the following dental insurance companies. We are not considered preferred on every plan offered by these companies, however, due to multiple provider lists and non-preferred plans. Please check with your employer or insurance company for a list of providers who are preferred on your plan.
